Meetings

The consultative meetings of the Faculty Council and the Faculty Board are, in principle, open to the public. If you would like to attend a meeting, you are welcome to do so, but we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance by emailing facultycouncil.arts rug.nl. We aim to make a live stream available for all consultation meetings. An announcement regarding the consultation meeting, including a link to the live stream where applicable, will be shared via a message on My University / Student Portal approximately two weeks before the meeting.

The consultation meetings for the 2026–2027 academic year will take place on:

• 19 November 26

• 21 January 27

• 22 April 27

• 1 July 27
