Personal attention
A strong feature of this training course is that you will regularly receive personal feedback and use examples and scenarios from your own workplace. In this way, you can immediately apply what you have learnt. You will be taught by our experienced and enthusiastic teacher, who will dedicate plenty of time to each course participant.
‘There was plenty of time to actually speak during the training course. We were given various topics on which to prepare a discussion, as a result of which our vocabularies were automatically expanded!’
‘The teacher created a safe environment to be actively involved. She provided clear instructions and there was an open atmosphere for asking questions.’
