CoRE AI

African and European universities have joined forces to explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a powerful tool for addressing global societal challenges, including climate change, food security, and social justice.
The Cluster of Research Excellence on Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Theoretical and Computational Thinking is one of the 20 research clusters initiated by the African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA) and The Guild of European Research-Intensive Universities (The Guild).
The Cluster aims to enhance research and postgraduate training at key universities in Africa and Europe and to initiate globally relevant projects.
