Research projects questionnaire for new web pages

For the new homepage we distinguish two types of projects: main projects and sub projects.

Please note that a sub project is always part of a main project. The main project should be in the list of recorded main projects before you can continue to the 'Project detail form' to fill in the details of a main project or a sub project.

Overviews of projects submitted:
*Have a look at the overview of main and sub projects, submitter email adresses and a link to the details of the project
(lay out as in form).
*The overview of recorded main projects is a simple list with only the names of main projects.
NOTES:
Click 'Paginaoverzicht' at the bottom of the page of these overviews to show all projects.
You can sort the lists by clicking the triangles in the heads of the tables.

Project detail form (for main and sub projects)

Options when filling in the project details form:
1) you may fill in all project details yourself or
2) you can ask a colleague to finish filling in the details for you / together with you.

In both cases you will receive a confirmation email with a pdf containing the filled in details attached to it and a link that enables you to edit the data in the form. If you delegated filling in the details, you and the colleague you delegated will receive such a confirmation email.
