Call for abstracts

Joint European Conference held by the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN) and the European Network of Heads of Nature Conservation Agencies (ENCA) in co-operation with the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) / German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research (iDiv) will be held at Bonn (Germany) from 27 till 29 June 2017. This joint European conference in Bonn will bring together experts from science, policy and practice to highlight and discuss the importance of biodiversity’s contribution to human health in the face of climate change. Call for abstracts is now open

EASP “Winds of Change” conference
You are invited to apply and submit an abstract for the EASP “winds of Change” conference. This medium-sized conference (max. 50 participants) on intergroup conflict is organized by Prof. dr. Martijn van Zomeren (University of Groningen, the Netherlands) and Prof. dr. Eran Halperin (InterDisciplinary Center, Herzliya, Israel) on June 3-4 2017 in Appingedam, the Netherlands. This conference seeks to put intergroup conflict and psychological change onto the scientific agenda by bringing together world-class international senior researchers, junior researchers, postdocs and PhD students interested in psychological change processes.

Conference at the Congressi Stefano Franscini (CSF)
The CSF 2017 - Human dimensions of Environmental Risks will be organized by ETH Zurich from May 21 till 26. The conference will offer a platform for the exchange of ideas for experts developing, testing and applying theories of environmental behaviour, the perception and management of environmental risks, and the effects of institutional regulations to mitigate environmental problems in diverse social sciences. Invited participants are from a variety of countries and have different disciplinary backgrounds.

Summer Internship Program for BSc/MSc students
The Center for Social and Cultrual Psychology (CSCP) at the University of Leuven (KU Lueven in Belgium is accepting applications from undergraduates interested in social psychological research for our summer internship program. The CSCP summer internship is open to students who are interested in gaining familiarity with and executing social psychological research. They have two sessions available (Session 1: May 29 - July 7; Session 2: July 31 - September 8, 2017).
