Funding of stays

The Faculty will expect foreign guest lecturers and researchers to arrange reimbursement of their travel and accommodation costs with their home university. Faculty staff is expected to guide guests during their stay here. The Faculty will provide administrative support for visa applications, and indirectly also in finding accommodation. The costs of the visa and accommodation must be borne by the guest.

Guest lectureships between European universities are arranged via the Erasmus+ programme and must be applied for by the home university.

Visits by guest lectures from outside the EU can be arranged via other channels, including the Marco Polo Fund or via EMA2-programmes.
