Travel application/claims

All work-related trips need to be registered via submitting a form by application travel abroad and within 2 months upon return (60 days) a claim has to be submitted. If you fail to register in time means your trip abroad is not automatically covered by the University of Groningen's travel insurance. Any costs following this omission are for one's own account, and cannot be claimed at the University of Groningen nor Faculty of Arts.
