Training Programme Coach

The coaches are all students or recent graduates of the Master Programme Industrial and Organizational Psychology of the University of Groningen. During their Bachelor and Master Programme they have, in addition to the course Coaching and 2 compulsory Interview Skills Courses, been able to select courses from a range of courses that are relevant to the practice of coaching like Work Motivation, Conflict Management, Educational Skills, Group Dynamic skills, Social Influence in Organizations, Power and Leadership, Work Stress, Staff Development, Personnel Selection and Sports and Performance Psychology. The course codes of these courses can be found in the study guides.

Depending on their earlier training and the choices they have made during their Bachelor or Master, the coaches may have received the following certificates:
