Timetabling forms
Below you will find the timetabling forms for academic year 2024-2025.
For academic year 2023-2024 it is not possible anymore to fill in the forms.
In case you have any urgent changes in your course or availability for semester 2 of 2023-2024, please contact your Degree Programme Director or Coordinator.
Availability of lecturers
We assume that you are available full-time for course units you participate in, unless you inform the timetablers about your availability before 1 February 2024:
New course unit

Changes in course unit
If you wish to change anything about the structure of your course, please fill in the form below. Make sure to check the timetabling deadlines.
Changes in modes of assessment
If you wish to change anything about the mode of assessment of your course, please fill in the form below before 1 February 2024.
Please note: The Timetablers will not use the CUAO (Course Unit Assessment Overview) form or any Ocasys updates for the scheduling of course units. Only above forms are being used to correctly schedule your course units.
