Professionalization

The DEI Team designs and carries out professionalization activities for the whole FSE community (staff and students). To this day, our sessions or courses mainly focus on: 

• Cultural and/or gender diversity
• Inclusive and equitable teaching
• Empathy and dialogue-based interventions (depolarization)

Teaching staff

The past years, the DEI team offered professionalization activities to teaching staff. Modules and/or sessions dedicated to inclusive teaching in the UTQ as well as in the Teacher Training for PhDs organized yearly by the PIE Team.

Support staff

Every (other) year, the DEI team offers an advanced module focusing on cultural diversity & intercultural competences to the SSE staff. 

In the past years, the DEI team also designed and delivered sessions for the following target groups: 

• Policy advisors
• FSE HR staff 
• PIE group
