BSc. diploma application

To apply for your BSc. diploma certificate you need to follow the manual given by your regular degree programme. A manual can be found by going to the student portal, selecting your regular degree programme and click the page 'Graduation' under the header 'Year 3'. Here you will also find important dates: for instance when you need to apply for your diploma and when your last grade needs to be registered. For questions about your graduation of your regular degree programme contact your Academic Advisor of your degree programme.

Adding Honours College courses

You have to add your Honours College courses to your bachelor diploma certificate the same procedure can be followed as adding regular courses of your regular degree program to your certificate. Please note that, if you follow a double bachelor programme, Honours College courses can only be added to one regular degree programme diploma certificate. Add your Honours college course to the category: 'Honours courses' by checking the boxes of the Honours Courses on the left and click on add to Honours College courses.

Make sure that you will have 45 ECTS in the Honours courses category. You need 25 ECTS for the deepening part and 20 ECTS for the broadening part. You can find the correct Honours College programme course codes here for the deepening part and here for the broadening part. Make sure you select the year you started the Honours College programme for the right course codes for your complete programme.
Important: courses that are not graded yet (for example your advanced project) or don't account for ECTS are not in the list on the left side, but you do have to add them to your list of Honours courses already. To add these courses manually search by the course name or course code on the bottom left. So also add the following courses (however they do not account for ECTS): Opening Symposium and the Petrus Camper Finale.

Not completing the entire Honours College programme?

When you know for sure that you will not complete the entire Honours College programme you should add the Honours College courses to the category 'Extra Curricular'. Please note that in this case you won't get the Honours College annotation on your diploma certificate.
