After its initial accreditation by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for the period 2016-2020, our MSc. Real Estate Studies programme has been re-accredited for another 4 years by the RICS for the period 2021-2025.

RICS is a professional body that accredits professionals within the land, property and construction sectors worldwide. RICS works in partnership with universities to ensure that accredited degree courses are relevant to the real estate industry. This means that, when you study on an accredited degree, this will be recognised by employers as the benchmark of quality. Our Master in Real Estate Studies is the only full-time academic programme in real estate in the Netherlands with this accreditation. For details of the programme, please go to www.rug.nl/masters/real-estate-studies/
