Masterstudent Jasper Homrighausen wins scholarship
Jasper Homrighausen, student of MSc in Environmental & Infrastructure Planning at RUG-FRW has just won a scholarship to carry out his fieldwork for his master dissertation in the United States from the Eesteren-Fluck & Van Lohuizen Foundation (www.efl-stichting.nl). His dissertation on Institutional Innovations for Sustainable Mobility supervised by Dr. ir. Wendy Tan will focus on the transitions to sustainable mobility in two cities, Groningen and Phoenix, Arizona. In the coming weeks, he will be visiting Phoenix to interview academics, practitioners, politicians and policymakers. This research project is a joint effort between the Department of Planning and the Urban Gro Lab. Results will be presented in the summer of 2015.
