Students with a Dutch bachelor degree

What is your background?

Students with the following bachelor programmes from a research university are eligible to the programme:

Faculty of Economics and Business (UG) or comparable programmes from another research university
  • Business Administration (Bedrijfskunde)
  • Econometrics and Operations Research
  • Economics and Business Economics
  • International Business
Faculty of Spatial Sciences (UG) or comparable programmes from another research university
  • Human Geography and Planning
  • Spatial Planning and Design
Faculty of Science and Engineering (UG) or comparable programmes from another research university
  • Industrial Engineering & Management (Technische Bedrijfskunde)

Selection periods

The selection takes place in May and June.

Selection procedure

1. Application

Apply before May 1st via Studielink for the programme Real Estate Studies

2. Upload the required documents

Fill out the form and upload the required documents

English proficiency level (only for students with a Dutch degree without a VWO diploma)

With regard to the English proficiency level, one of the following requirements needs to be satisfied:

  • A score of at least 90 on the internet version of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL); no less than 18 for reading and listening, no less than 20 for speaking, and no less than 21 for writing
  • Cambridge English CAE or CPE Certificate English language test
  • A score of 6.5 or higher in the complete International English Language Testing System (Academic version) (IELTS) with minimum scores: Listening 6.0 Reading 6.0 Writing 6.0 Speaking 6.0

4. Result

You will receive the result of the assessment just before or on June 1st.
