Coordination of mobile agents using coarsely quantized information

Description

In this project, we look into the issues arising when the distributed controllers for the coordination of mobile multi-agent systems can only utilize coarsely quantized information. The first step is to look at the formation control problems where range measurements are used. We will also look into techniques to reduce chattering as a result of the quantization effects. Later on, stability and robustness will also be studied to make the control strategies applicable in practical settings.
