  • Aims to create an ambiance in which individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds can safely express their needs and experiences, where they are valued for their difference, and where they can achieve their potential.
  • Maintains that diverse backgrounds and opinions - when facilitated properly -foster the quality of our research and education, and of our collaborations.

Statement from FEB’s Diversity and Inclusion Officer Ella Sebamalai

Ella Sebamalai

"When working on diversity, equity and inclusion, I use a people-centered approach to understand what the needs and experiences are. I believe that both bottom-up and top-down involvement will drive FEB's development in D&I strategy, policy and implementation in the coming years. Because diversity is not the exception; diversity is the norm. "

Inclusivision at FEB

The annual Inclusivision Project helps to raise awareness on what it means to be inclusive and to work on preventing exclusion.

Diversity Month

Every year in May, we organise FEB Diversity Month. It's a celebration of the people, perspectives, and experiences that make our community unique.

Through interactive events, engaging discussions, and cultural experiences, we explore how inclusion, empathy, and awareness can shape a better academic and social environment for everyone.
