Describing nationality diversity in MNE

Not much is known about the people in the Boards of the large European companies (especially compared to the USA). There is of course the daily economic news in which managers and directors are prominent, but this is usually news about one person, or one specific company. Additionaly, there are a few studies that focus on one the corporate elites in one particular country. Comparative studies on a European scale are lacking.

Some first results of our project will soon be published. It contains a description of the (dis)similarities between 15 European countries in terms of the numbers of foreign Top managers.
