Learning agreement
Exchange students with an Erasmus scholarship
All Erasmus students need to submit a learning agreement. Please note that you can only make a final choice for courses and fill in your learning agreement once the course schedules are updated. The course schedules of the first semester will be published mid June. The course schedules of the second semester will be published in December.
Your home university will provide you with the document and will also inform you about deadlines and the minimum number of ECTS you are supposed to achieve during your study abroad.
When you submit your learning agreement, your home university will have to approve first, after that we (exchange FEB Groningen) check if the courses are available and if so we sign the learning agreement.
Most European universities work with online learning agreements, if so we can sign a learning agreement online. If you need us to sign a pdf, please let us know.
Exchange students from non-European partners
If you have a learning agreement from your home university, please follow their instructions and we'll be happy to check and sign.
If you don't have a learning agreement, please submit your courses for approval in Mobility Online. We will check if your course list is correct and sign online. You can then register for courses in Ocasys (previously Progress).
Course changes during your exchange
If you have a learning agreement, check with your home university how to make changes.
If you don't have a learning agreement, ask approval for the new course(s) in Mobility Online.
