Meet & Greet on Tour - 29 June 2023

Invitation to young researchers to literally meet and greet the experts in the field!

At the Groningen Graduate Schools we strive to organize interesting courses, workshops and events that prepare you for a career after your graduation as a PhD. In the event category we bring you something new this year:

Meet and Greet on Tour!

Instead of asking you to gather in a room and listen to several experts in the field - however interesting that may be! - we want to take you into the actual field this time.
We have found three companies in the city of Groningen who would love to receive a group of young researchers to show off their own research and how it is put to good use. They have already created an interesting programme for you!

A few things we can tell you so far:

  • You will get a short tour of each company and ample time to ask your questions about several aspects of their work
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in workshops
  • We will keep you busy all day so lunch will be included

We are still working out the details of transportation from each location to the next. Since they are fairly close together we may decide to walk! Let us know if that would be a problem for you so we can make arrangements in advance.

Sign up now using the button below and join us to go and literally meet the experts in the field! After registration, you will be the first to receive updates as we continue to work out the programme and add information to this page.

Don't wait because we only have room for a limited number of people!
