Education Legal protection Submit complaint, objection and appeal Objections and appeals

What is an objection or appeal?

You can lodge an objection or appeal if you disagree with a decision taken in writing by a University body (for example the Board of the University, a Faculty Board, a Board of Examiners or an examiner). This mainly concerns decisions within the framework of admission, registration, payment of tuition fees, financial support, exam results, etc. If you can lodge an objection or appeal against a certain decision this will usually be stated at the bottom of the decision statement.
