Q: Can I bring my parent(s)/carer(s)?
A: Yes, you can bring 1 parent/guardian, but please take care to book 2 places if you are planning to do so.

Q: I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do now?
A: Have you checked your spam inbox? If you cannot find the email there either, then please send a message to studiekiezers rug.nl.

Q: The presentations I want to attend are fully booked; is there a waiting list?
A: No, we do not work with a waiting list.

Q: The presentations I want to attend are fully booked; can I still come to the open day?
A: At the Bachelor's degree programme information booths students and study advisors will be at hand to answer all your questions.

Q: Why is there an hour's break between presentations?
A: The presentations take place in venues throughout the city. Everyone needs to have enough time to travel between venues. The schedule also factors in time for visiting an information fair and/or to have lunch. So even though this hour between presentations may not make sense if you stay in the same venue throughout the day, others do need that hour!

Q: Can I chat to or email a student?
A: Want to talk to someone about what it's like to be a student here? Find out more from one of our current students via email or through our online chat system.
