Educational Staff Development

The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) enables current lecturers and other university staff to improve their teaching-related skills via workshops, courses, instructional coaching and other tailored activities. Additionally, we offer coaching and training for the University Teaching Qualification (UTQ), Senior Teaching Qualification (STQ), and Educational Leadership programmes. Our target groups include individual teachers and PhD students, faculties, and departments.

Our Goal

Developing and maintaining a Continuous Professional Development portfolio for all University of Groningen teachers in order to improve educational quality.
