“I am truly humbled and proud by the acknowledgement of the Keuzegids”, says University College Fryslân (UCF) director dr. Indira van der Zande. “We have always aspired to create an academic environment where students and staff can actively engage in the co-creation of knowledge to contribute to solving the global challenges. As such, the UCF community itself is essential to the success of the programme and it is heart-warming to see it thriving even amidst a global pandemic. We have only just begun our journey and are bursting with ideas to further innovate the programme, always remaining true to our interdisciplinary, personalised and interactive educational philosophy. We look forward to welcoming many more students to our community and joining our adventure in Leeuwarden!"

Dean of Campus Fryslân prof. Andrej Zwitter: “It is incredible how a group of dedicated staff and student members of the faculty can create such a successful programme. What an honour and a privilege to be part of this team.”

This not only creates an amazing community, but also equips you with skills which will be useful in pretty much any future job you will have.”
