The Final Dinner!

18 December 2019

The ‘Final Dinner’! This is the result of The Food Project: a challenge to experience a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle for a week. The goal of this project was not to have everyone become a vegetarian or vegan, but to give the possibility to explore these ways of nutrition; learning from trial and error. "Imperfect actions by millions have a much greater impact than the perfect actions of a few".
