RUG/Campus Fryslȃn bacheloropleidingen behoren weer tot de beste van Nederland: Global Responsibility & Leadership en Data Science & Society
De opleidingen Global Responsibility & Leadership (GRL) en Data Science & Society (DSS) hebben opnieuw een kwaliteitskeurmerk van de Keuzegids Universiteiten verkregen.
De opleiding Global Responsibility & Leadership is volgens de Keuzegids 2026 de beste opleiding van Nederland - en dat al voor het vijfde jaar op rij. GRL heeft sinds de oprichting van de faculteit Campus Fryslȃn in 2018 elk jaar het predicaat ‘topopleiding’ ontvangen.
Voor de in 2022 gestarte opleiding DSS is het de tweede keer dat deze bekroond wordt met het label ‘topopleiding’. Een opleiding krijgt het kwaliteitskeurmerk ‘topopleiding’ bij een score van meer dan 75 uit 100 punten.
Het resultaat van dit jaar laat zien dat de bacheloropleidingen Global Responsibility & Leadership (100 punten) en Data Science & Society (76 punten) van Campus Fryslân wederom in de nationale top staan.
Het unieke van de opleidingen

Topopleidingen over grenzen heen
Global Responsibility & Leadership verschaft studenten de kennis en vaardigheden om maatschappelijke transities vanuit verschillende invalshoeken – politiek, klimaat en menselijk gedrag – in samenhang te bestuderen en om te zetten in concrete oplossingen.
De opleiding Data Science & Society is een toekomstgerichte studie waar studenten met de sociale en ethische kanten van data leren werken. Daarbij ontwikkelen ze technische vaardigheden om data te analyseren en toe te passen. De samenwerking met zowel de publieke als de private sector geeft een praktische diepgang aan de studie.
De helft van de studenten komt uit het buitenland. Een deel van hen blijft ook na de studie werkzaam in de regio.
Over de Keuzegids
De Keuzegids Universiteiten 2026 is op donderdag 27 november gepubliceerd. De gids komt met nieuwe statistieken over studiesucces, nieuwe expert- en student beoordelingen van alle universitaire bacheloropleidingen en met informatie over de haalbaarheid van een opleiding en de onderwijstaal. De Keuzegids voor Universiteiten wordt jaarlijks uitgegeven door het Centrum Hoger Onderwijs Informatie (CHOI) en is bedoeld voor scholieren en decanen die zich willen informeren over universitaire bacheloropleidingen. De beoordelingen in de gids zijn gebaseerd op studentenevaluaties (Nationale Studenten Enquête 2026), gegevens uit de landelijke opleidingsdatabase Studiekeuze123 en visitatierapporten van de Accreditatie Organisatie Nederland en Vlaanderen (NVAO).
