Report of the Southern Ring Road Investigation Committee

During the past year Casper van den Berg, professor at the University of Groningen - Campus Fryslan, together with Prof Leentje Volker of the University of Twente, chaired by Johan Remkes, investigated the cost overrun on the Southern Ring Road in Groningen. The investigation into this unique inner-city government infrastructure project was made public on Friday, 24 June 2022.
