Seminar on 'Mental Health and Resilience'
On Tuesday, 2 June, Campus Fryslân will host the Mental Health & Resilience seminar, organised by FrIZA as part of the Week of Mental Health. The seminar brings together professionals, policymakers, researchers, and other stakeholders to address an urgent societal question: how can we work together to strengthen the mental health and resilience of people living in Fryslân?
Seminar 3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.
The afternoon programme includes inspiring keynote speakers, practical case studies, and interactive workshops for seminar participants.
Information market 6.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Following the seminar, an information market will take place, which is open to everyone, including students and staff of Campus Fryslân.
This provides an opportunity to connect with a range of Frisian initiatives and organisations working in the field of mental health and prevention.
The seminar aligns with the shared ambition to make mental health support more accessible, approachable, and firmly embedded within Frisian society.
