Seminar on 'Mental Health and Resilience'

On 2 June, Campus Fryslân will host the seminar Mental Health & Resilience, organized by FrIZA as part of the Week of Mental Health. The seminar will bring together professionals, policymakers, researchers, and other stakeholders to address an urgent societal question: how can we strengthen mental health and resilience across Fryslân?

The afternoon programme will feature inspiring speakers, practical case studies, and interactive workshops. The event offers a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge, build new connections, and explore innovative approaches to challenges in mental health and prevention. The day will conclude with an information market, where visitors can engage directly with a range of Frisian initiatives and organizations.

The seminar reflects a shared ambition to make mental health more accessible, inclusive, and firmly embedded within Frisian society.
