27 November 2013

Environmentally friendly fuels such as liquid natural gas (LNG) are intended to increase the sustainability of the transport sector. This will mean replacing or adapting fuel stations, lorries and cargo ships. Professor Iris Vis is leading the research project ‘Design of LNG Networks’, which is developing a sustainable LNG distribution network.

The weekly online video magazine Unifocus highlights topics related to the University of Groningen in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
