The message of children's books

26 September 2012

The history of the Netherlands is retold to every new generation. One way in which this is done is through historical children’s books, mixing fact with fiction. Children’s books thus play a role in the socialization of children. In July, she received a prestigious Veni grant to pursue her research.

The weekly online video magazine Unifocus highlights topics related to the University of Groningen in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
