Generation Event 2.0

5 July 2018

What are the elements that bind them? In the church where this event took place, two scientific speakers, Ute Bultmann (UMCG) and Susanne Scheibe (RUG) tried to bridge the gaps between the older and younger generations of support staff from the UG. Their interesting presentations were followed by a workshop where participants (in total 43) were divided in six age groups, ranging from ages 25 until 60+ years. The goal of the workshop was to start the discussion on the potential implications of differences in employees' ages on work environment. At the end of the day, participants could fill in an evaluation form and awarded this event with an average of 8.
