An app to help you eat healthily
The Department of Social Psychology at the University of Groningen is studying how best to support people in their efforts to eat more fruit and vegetables. Users could draw up an action plan, receive personal advice and study recipes. Some of the participants received feedback in writing, others in verbal form. The app is part of the PhD research project of Sarah Elbert, who is studying the effect of health-related information.
The weekly online video magazine Unifocus highlights topics related to the University of Groningen in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
