Brigit Toebes is an Associate Professor and Rosalind Franklin Fellow at the Department of International Law. Her research focuses on the interface between health and human rights, and the definition of international health law as an emerging branch of international law. She has written widely in these areas, including books with Intersentia Publising (The Right to Health as a Human Right in International Law, 1999; Health and Human Rights in Europe, 2012), and articles in leading human rights and health law journals.
