Making Connections in a Dynamic World
This May the University of Groningen will celebrate its 410th anniversary. As international collaboration is deeply rooted in our DNA, a Strategic Partner Forum will be organised on 23-24 May with the title: Making Connections in a Dynamic World.
Scheduled on 23 and 24 May, the Strategic Partner Forum will offer a platform to foster connections, exchange insights on managing higher education institutions through dynamic times, share best practices, and explore possibilities for future collaboration. The event will see highly valued international partners of the UG come together. Including the partners from the Strategic Partner Framework, members of the Guild, the European University Alliance ENLIGHT and regional partners from Northwest Germany: Oldenburg, Hamburg and Bremen.
The forum's agenda will kick off with discussions on optimizing university collaborations by sharing best practices. One of the highlights will be a keynote from Nobel Laureate Professor Ben Feringa, focusing on impact. Subsequent sessions will explore themes like: addressing societal issues through interdisciplinary approaches and navigating international partnerships amid geopolitical shifts.
