Workplace Inequality: Seminar with Sophie van Gool

You are invited to join an engaging discussion on gender disparities in the workplace. Sophie van Gool, the author of "Waarom vrouwen minder verdienen en wat we eraan kunnen doen (Why women earn less and what we can do about it)," will lead us through an insightful discussion on the existing disparities in appreciation between genders in the workplace and how we can actively work towards rectifying them.
This event is jointly organized by the UMCG Diversity & Inclusion team and the Samen.Beter.Leiderschap team, in celebration of International Women's Day.

Time: 15:00-17:00 hrs (The seminar will be until 16.30, followed by drinks and snacks at the Fountain Patio).
The lecture will be conducted in English, and questions can be posed in either English or Dutch.
