AI-related policies in education
The Community of Practice: AI in Education is organizing a thematic event on June 15 from 11:00 to 13:00 in the Marie Loke zaal (Harmonie building, Oude Kijk in Het Jatstraat 26) on AI-related policies in education. This topic attracted considerable interest during our previous thematic event on AI in Thesis.
Why should you attend?
As AI-related challenges increasingly move from individual teaching practices to faculty- and university-level governance questions, the event aims to create a space for colleagues across faculties to learn from one another’s approaches, experiences, and ongoing discussions regarding AI in education.
Panel discussion format
The event will be organized as a panel discussion, where panelists from different faculties will share what has been done within their faculties to address AI in education. At the end of the session, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions. The target audience for the event consists of UG lecturers.
Panelists include:
-
Jasper van de Kamp, University-level Policy Advisor
-
Steven Bergink, Board of Examiners, University College
-
Frans Bakker, Boards of Examiners, FEB
-
Daniella Vos, Board of Examiners, Faculty of Spatial Sciences.
Moderator: Tri Tran, Leader of CoP: AI in Education
We look forward to seeing you there!
