W. (Wanyi or Winnie) Yang, MSc

I received my master’s degree in June 2023 from the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (jointly awarded by University of Chinese Academy of Sciences). During the three-year research master program, I mainly focused on exploring the mechanisms of self-control in the habit formation process through multiple experiments.
After graduation, I worked as a full-time research assistant at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where I primarily assisted with data collection and analysis using the Experience Sampling Method.
Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in the Department of Organizational Psychology at RUG. My research mainly involves capturing the dynamics of daily work stressors and their impact on employees' self-evaluations.
