I am a Communications Officer within the Business Development and Public Affairs team, whose goal is to connect the world of science with society and the wider world.
My role focuses on events, communication and public engagement. I contribute to internal communication through activities such as newsletters and maintaining the website, as well as to science communication. In addition, I am involved with Studium Generale Leeuwarden (SGL), which organizes academic activities such as lectures for a broad audience. Through these activities, I help make scientific knowledge accessible and relevant to both colleagues and the wider public.
