dr. S.D. (Dominique) Mollet

Dr. Dominique Mollet houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met de coördinatie van en het onderwijs binnen de LLM Health and Technology Law. Zij draagt bij aan de vakken Seminar Health and Technology Law in the 21st Century (coördinator), International Health Law en Health Law in Context (coördinator). Daarnaast is zij scriptiecoördinator voor deze opleiding. Ook geeft zij onderwijs in Europees en internationaal recht binnen de LLB International and European Law en de Nederlandstalige opleiding Rechtsgeleerdheid.

Dr. Mollet begeleidt studenten (LLB en LLM) bij hun scriptie en (onderzoeks)stages op het snijvlak van volksgezondheid en recht. Haar focus ligt daarbij voornamelijk op internationaal recht (waaronder mensenrechten) en EU-recht, en incidenteel op nationaal recht. Zij staat open voor nieuwe voorstellen op deze gebieden.
