Lisanne Hut-Mossel RN MSc is a PhD candidate at the Center of expertise on Quality and Safety of the University Medical Centre Groningen (UMCG). After finishing her Bachelors’ degree in nursing in 2010, she gained experience within several disciplines as a nurse. During her Master’s of Science, which she received in 2014 from the University Utrecht (Nursing Science at the Faculty of Medicine), she worked at the outpatient ophthalmology clinic as a nurse and operation planner. Lisanne is working on the project ‘Effectiveness of clinical audit’. During this project, determinants of several types of audits will be studied and the effect of clinical audit on the quality of hospital care will be evaluated.
