drs. M.S.D. (Sanna) Buurke

Sanna Buurke (1967) studied History and Journalism at the University of Groningen. from 1997 until 2019 she worked with the Department of Media Studies and Journalism as study advisor, education manager and internship coordinator. From 2016 until 2019 she was clustercoordinator for Cluster 1 (BA International Relations and Organization, MA International Relations and MA Humanitarian Action) and line manager of the clustersecretariat. Since 2019 she works as clustercoordinator for Cluster 2 (BA European Languages and Cultures, BA English Language and Culture, MA Literary Studies, MA Euroculture). She was a member of the national Platform for Media Internships (2000-2012). She was a member of the Faculty Council (2015-2017, 2019) and a permanent member of the Referendum Committee of the City of Groningen.
