drs. J. (Hans) van Polen

I studied Sociology at the University of Utrecht and Personnel & Organization Management at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. I've had several vocations before in 1997 I became a lecturer in HRM at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior, of the University of Groningen (UG). Since 2017, I'm also a lecturer in Sustainable Entrepreneurship Research Methods at UG's Faculty Campus Fryslân (CF) in Leeuwarden. Since 2023 I'm Official Secretary of CF's Board of Examiners and Quality Assurance Officer.
