Research interests

I am fascinated by the intricate interplay between body and mind and how this relationship shapes health across the life course. My research explores the connections between physical and mental health through diverse methodologies, ranging from large-scale epidemiological studies to in-depth qualitative analyses. At the heart of my work is an interdisciplinary approach that integrates perspectives from psychology, medicine, and social sciences to better understand how biological, psychological, and social factors interact over time. Ultimately, my goal is to generate insights that inform prevention and intervention strategies, contributing to healthier lives and societies.
