Key areas of professional expertise

Throughout my career I have been responsible for consulting projects with clients in industries such as media, telecommunications, electronics, healthcare, education and government. In these industries I  have expertise in strategy, new business planning, enterprise risk management, internal control, M&A, process (re-)design and cost management. In general, my personal role is to advise and support (supervisory) boards/business unit managements in project/program vision and execution.
