09/ 2019-present: PhD candidate, Faculty of Arts, University of Groningen, Working title: 'Curious Hands in het E-lab'

09/ 2006-present: Core lecturer (HSD) Academy Minerva Hanze University of Applied Sciences, for the Fine Arts and Design teacher training. Responsible for exam supervision, research Method, pedagogical subjects, internship coordinator and professional preparation.

01/ 2004-present: Teacher of 1st degree Drawing and Art History at the Praedinius Gymnasium, Groningen. Responsible for setting up and teach arts education programs and projects for the entire Gymnasia study career.

09/ 2014 -present: Trainer of the Basic Qualification for pedagogical Competence (BDB). Responsible for the professionalization of teachers in the pedagogical area.

09/ 2016 -09/ 2018: Trainer Blended Learning. Responsible for educating teachers to develop and implement Blended Learning in their own curriculum.

09/ 2011-09/ 2012: Member of the Examination Board.

09/ 2008- 09/ 2011: Participant teacher in the research project, Cultuur in de Spiegel (CIS). CIS was a multi-year project study from 2008 to 2014 led by Barend van Heusden, conducted by the University of Groningen and SLO, in collaboration with 12 schools for primary and secondary education. The research project aimed to develop a theoretical basis for cultural education.
