2026-2027: "Human-AI Symbiosis in Manufacturing Work Environments" as part of the Horizon Europe project SKillAIbility (https://skillaibility.eu/). This postdoctoral project focuses on human-centric AI, inclusive manufacturing, and the future of work. Specifically, this project aims to address the following questions:

What could a roadmap for the positive adoption of human-AI synergies in manufacturing work environments look like?

How can we design human-centered, AI-enabled work systems in these environments that capitalize on the best of both human and AI skills?

What are skill gaps and future skill requirements in manufacturing?

How can organizations and manufacturing professionals develop appropriate maturity models and roadmaps for future manufacturing jobs characterized by the key SkillAIbility project concepts of Augmentation, Empowerment, Inclusivity, and Human-AI symbiosis?
