Expertise
I am a researcher specialized in glycobiology and bioinformatics, with a particular focus on the computational analysis of mass spectrometry-based glycomics data and the development of bioinformatics tools for glycomics. My expertise includes mass spectrometry data analysis, scientific software development, and LC- and CE-MS-based glycomics.
I also have a broad experimental background in cell and molecular biology, including mammalian cell culture, haptotaxis and cell growth assays, Western blotting, flow cytometry, and thin-layer chromatography.
I am currently working as a bioinformatician on the PerMel-AI project within the European Partnership for Personalised Medicine (EP PerMed), while continuing the development of GlycoGenius, an open-source software platform for automated glycomics mass spectrometry data analysis.
