Summary of most current work experience

1999- present

I work mainly with master students of Business Administration and Human Research Management on a variety of professional and communication skills in multi-day training programmes. These skills include: giving and receiving feedback, dealing with resistance, self-reflection, team work, conflict management, negotiation skills, project management, communication skills for consultants, emotion management etc. Students work both on their skills needed in their professional field and for their personal leadership (effectiveness), in groups and individual (coaching).

I coordinate the master course Professional Skills for HRM.

Besides these training programmes, I am a trainer of and I coordinate the Study Abroad multicultural effectiveness program for FEB students who spend a period abroad.

In addition to training regular master's students at FEB, I also train PhD-students in Indonesia and I am a coach at the University of Groningen Business school in the Executive Masters Health, Energy Transition and Sustainable Business (Effective Leadership program).
