I am a second-year PhD candidate from Indonesia. My research focuses on climate justice in Antarctica, situated at the intersection of critical tourism studies, environmental and climate justice, decolonial theory, and ecofeminism. I am also deeply interested in exploring posthumanism.
I hold a BSc in Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Indonesia and previously worked as a TV journalist in Jakarta. My interest in tourism and climate change developed during my studies in Sustainable Tourism and Global Challenges at the University of Glasgow School of Social & Environmental Sustainability, as well as through earlier experiences in the hospitality and tourism sector while studying and working in Melbourne, Australia.
