Praktijkervaring vanuit de openbare apotheek op gebied van farmacotherapie, patientzorg, medicatiebeoordeling, management en organisatie, strategie, kwaliteitsbeheer, personeelsbeleid, interdisciplinaire samenwerking. Werkzaam geweest in verschillende apotheken waarbij 14 jaar als solist-eigenaar en 3 jaar als vennoot in een samenwerking met 6 apotheken. In 2015 en 2016 verkozen tot beste apotheek in Drenthe op basis van patientbeoordelingen. Daarnaast uitgebreide bestuurservaring in diverse gremia opgebouwd.
